If you want to run at 20 MHz, use the HS fuse, not HSPLL.

Hi PCM. Thank you.

I need to measure frequencies between 0.5 and 3hz. Its for Heart Rate Monitoring. So the final result is frequency*60 (Beats per minutes)
I don't need to know if the final bpm ...
