This also happens when not in debug mode, the compiler version is 4.108.
I have checked the program settings in MPLAB and the ICD3 is set to automatically set the memory ranges.

I am using the PIC18F4431 and need to know how to sync the reading of the adc when the PWM pin is high. At the moment I am using the standard adc reading but this is inaccurate.

for some reason someone has designed the hardware for this and add overkill. I am using the HIP4081 Full bridge fet driver which drives 4 fets.
