Sorry to take so long to respond...I really appreciate everyone's responses! I will verify the noise issues this weekend. And yes Asmallri, we do have pullups in place.

I have tried the suggestions above, and I still see the same behavior. Any more ideas? Here's my additions per the suggestions: I put the recovery strategy counter in my 20msec timer 3. ... |
