It's working!!!!
I'm really sorry, the voltage was wrong!
And the max 232, was sending garbage!

OK, the problem is that when I try to send a value between 10 and 30, the program sends 3F 3F.....> 63 63, I don't know why! I'm using Proteus to simulate it!
