I have been having problems programming some times with the ICD-U40 and have found a fix for all my current problems.

Hi
Your problem could be with the 4K7 and the 10uF =47ms time constant. Reset could take several times this, On power off the cap may not discharge for some time.

Can recommend an Agilent 54622D, 100MHz analogue 2 channels plus 16 channels digital. It has very long memory 2,000,000 samples so can capture odd pulse sequences.
