OK. Here we go again. For some reason, when I lower the voltage from 5V to something less than 4.7V it will work fine. I'm not sure I understand this. Any ideas? Anyone? |

I am now using a PIC18F8620 and not the low voltage type(LF). The ICD is not able to detect my target chip or it returns a message stating "unknown PIC12/16". Has anyone experienced this? |

Ok I figured out why there was a problem. I was actually using a PIC18LF8520 and my voltage was set to 5V. When I changed the voltage to 4V it recognised the chip. I feel stupid. |
