I am using PIC18F1320 and I write data to data eeprom (internal-256bytes) to store a fix 4bytes data.

My problem really is that when I turn-off the power and on it again... the data in the eeprom is erased or contains 0000.

Any help please...

Thanx

Hi,

Why on earth did you tack this (totally unrelated) question onto a 9 year old thread??

Please post a complete and compilable test program that shows the problem.
We want to see how you are configuring the PIC, especially the Fuses. Please
also tell us your compiler version.

Please also tell us how the PIC is being powered, ie. what is the power supply?
Describe your circuit!
