Source for RAMTRON FM25256? |

I have a rush project and need a small number (20) of RAMTRON's FM25256-S fram chips... anybody know of an off the shelf source? Seems Future, Newark, and All-American don't have any stock and have a long factory lead time. |

Partminer.com has 30 in stock. you need to ask them for a quote though.
Try signing up on the website. If you don't receive fast enough of a response, then post your email address, and i'll forward the request over to the partminer sales guy that i deal with a lot.

I got a rail of RIC FM24C256. Can you change? They may be more plentifull.
