Difficulty in downloading Evaluation software

Hi,
I need CCS C compiler software.I download the evaluation demo. But I could not open because it says an error "Registration File Error Cannot access the internet". Can anyone say what is the reason for this ?

Configure your firewall program (ZoneAlarm, etc.) to let the CCS
program access the internet.
