real time clock and ports IO

Hello
I am to write a program that reads IO Ports in real time and records the hour of the alarm to EEPROM.
I have problems with clock real time and clock on LCD by LCD.C

micro 16F877 and PCM CCS

Explain what your problem exactly is. Also post relevant portions of your code if you can.
