Hai
I am a new user of CCS and a beginner to C compilers for pic.
I am using ccs from MPLAB. I have installed the latest plugin also.
like some other compilers (keil for 8051) can we use multiple sourse files in MPLAB project?
When I had attached different sourse files to the project in mplab it is not working, but when I included the other sourse (.C) files into main file it is working.
What is wrong? is CCS supports only include method other than multiple files for project or it is some other mistake by me?

Unfortunately, "#include"ing source files into the main file is the only way of using multiple source files in CCS (that I know about!)
Does anyone know if "real" project support is ever likely to happen?

In "Source File" you can only set one xx.c File - the main.c File.
With #include xxx.c you can include other c-Files.
The other c-Files I put in "Other Files" so you can see it in MPlab and edit it. The Header Files in "Header Files".
Thats the way I am working with MPLAB and CCS.

hai everybody
Thanks for the clarifications.
I have wasted a lot of time trying to work as in Keil.
There examples are also showing include method only.
