Who has MMC FAT16 WRITE example ?

I know there is code available in the Code Library concerning FAT16 and MMC but I can't find (on the entire forum) an example on writing a textfile.txt to a MMC.

Reading files works fine with http://www.ccsinfo.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=21721 and it has even the possibility to write but I can't understand how I should do.

I know there is also FAT32 code but as I have for the moment only 32Mb card, I want to use this card.

Any help is welcome !

I need to also work with MMC in FAT16.
I've a 18LF2550 and 32MB MMC.
I have connected the SPI directly to the MMC, with +3,3V.
Please, you can post a small example of reading for file.txt?
More ahead I will need also to make the writing of the file. But first I must be able to make the reading.
I need an external memory?
I do not use the serial port in my application, then I have eliminated of driver all the code referring to the serial port.

I hope that somebody can help me, I will try to contribute in everything what can.
