Can't use CCP1 multiplexed on pin B3

I'm using a 16lf88. I'm trying to use CCP1 on pin B3. I am using a Machx programmer.

The MachX is doing the right calculation (Config word 1 bit 12). But for some reason when I save the settings then program the chip it is always saveds bit 12 as set.. I need it cleared. Can somebody help me?
