interrupts, again 18F6722

I'm using the 18F6722, and according to the datasheet, it's possible to use pin B4 as an interrupt pin. Anyone know how you set this up in PCW? I'm using pins B0 to B3 as interrupts already (they work like this by default), but now I need another one.

Look at RB Interrupt on Change (pins 4-7 on many pics)

Sorry I don't know more off the top of my head :(
