Is something going really 'screwy' with the Forum?.

Hi,
A couple of times recently, I have had some really odd behaviours from the group. The other day, I hit the 'post' button, answered a phone call, and found that the forum had returned to the posting screen, as if the button had not been accepted. Hit it again, then found that two copies of the post had appeared in the forum.
Had a similar thing today, but this time noticed it displayed a huge 'debug error' screen, about not being able to write something. Cleared that (should have noted the contents), and found two copies of the post had appeared. For a couple of days, access to the forum has been 'sporadic', with 'Unable to access the database server' messages, especially during what would be 'night' in the US.
So, has anyone else found the forum going 'potty'?.
Has anyone reported it to CCS if so?.

Have just had the same error trying to send this.
Top line of the screen, is:
SQL Error : 1016 Can't open file: 'phpbb_search_wordmatch.MYI' (errno: 144)
