Program Memory Errors

Hi
I try to program a PIC using a PICSTART PLUS programmer.
I have used it for some months and I have not found any problem. But today I got this message:

PICSTART Program\Verify Report
16-Apr-2009, 12:11:16

Device Type: PIC18F2620
Address Range 0-80bf


Program Memory Errors

Address Good Bad

0000: EF88 EF08
0002: F03E F03A
006E: F026 F020
.............


After compiling my Memory usage is: ROM=50% RAM=2% - 12%
So I don't understand why I have memory problems during the program process. The program process works correctly but when the verification process is finishing I get the message about "Program Memory Error"
does anyone know this problem? Is my pic broken? is my programmer broken?

Check you power supplies and check any loading on the ISCP clock, data and MLCR pins.
