hai.........
I am new using this icdu-64... I am havinng problem with icd programming... I have interfaced pic18f67k22 microcontroller and given a voltage of 3.3 when "envreg" pin disabled. but my target chip is not detected.

It shows the device id is wrong....

There isn't a lot to go on in the way of details.( the link didn't work)
Most often when the ICD U-64 sends the bad id message it is the wiring including the MCLR pull up at fault. Pay special attention to the telco cable and the orientation of the telco connectors.
Next most often there is no power to the target board. ( if powering the target from the ICD-U64 open the case and set the jumper for 3.3v power).
Next the PIC's can have selectable programming pins if debugging you need to tell the ICD_u64 via the #ICD=xx which pins you have wired. If it's down loading then the FUSE needs to be set.
If all the above is checked out then maybe the version of the firmware you have for the ICD U64 doesn't support your PIC chip
