I know that for pic16 series microcontroller is needed PCM compiler. I would like to ask what compiler is able to program PIC18 and dspic.

what is the different between CCS IDE compilers and CCS Command Line Compilers

IDE stands for integrated development environment. Command line is run from a DOS command prompt.
