http://www.ccsinfo.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=30964
i make the circuit in proteus, and only show the 8 first digits.
i put a 16x2 lcd to check and show the 8 seconds digits in the second level.

i use the same driver and the same test program, even with the same pins.

i didnĀ“t yet test in circuit.. the lcd in proteus is the Lm020L.

any idea? Rolling Eyes

possible hardware issues..
You should download the datasheets for both the LM020L that you're using and the LCM-S01601DTR that the driver was written for. Compare pinouts, timing specs, data transfers..carefully, note ANY differences.

REAL software issues..please read PIC101...be aware that Proteus is NOT reliable.Too many technical issues to list here but it does NOT work 100% of the time for 100% of real code.
