ICD error

It been a while since I used the compiler. Using version 5.033 i get a debugger error that the line number can't be resolved. If I clean all file and recompile, it OK.
Whoever, I need to clean every time before recompile in order to get the debugger to add a break point.
Any ideas?
OS is win7 x64

Are you using the CCS IDE or MPLAB X ? If MPLAB X, this is a known
problem with earlier versions.
