I am using PIC16F914. I am trying to measure frequency in CCP1 and pulse width (Duty Cycle) in CCP2. Please help me on this. Thank in advance.

First place to look is in the CCS manual, FAQ section and the extensive examples in the 'examples' folder.
Asking a question like 'measure frequency' is far too general. You should have said range (1Hz to 1MHz ), update time, signal source , etc.

The more information you supply the better, faster the answers you'll get.
