Microcode Bootloader with Bluetooth Serial Replacement

Hello Folks - I am using a pic 18f2525 with the microcode bootloader and this has been working very well with a serial cable.

We have just been testing a bluetooth serial cable replacement module and this has been working very well with sending and receiving commands

BUT.......

will not work with the bootloader. It seems the bootloader is looking for he pic to reset and however many times I reset the pic it never recognises it. I think the delay in the bluetooth comms might cause this but this is only a guess. And suggestions or ideas would be very welcome.

This is a PicBasic issue and not related to CCS.

Any idea if i could fix this or if the configuration file for the bootloader could be modified to help.

Do you think it is the latency on the bluetooth thats causing the problem.
