Anybody can teach me how to combine this two program or I mean to have another rtcc then when I push the designated switch the program of timer will run.

Anybody can give me an idea or to give some sample program to make that. Please help me.

use RTC IC like pcf8563

you can use a low power RTC clock and when you like (for example when waked up) you use internal Timer to calculate time. i prefer you PCF8563 to use. it have I2C and Interrupt and Clock out for use.
