Are those the port B pins ? PortB pins on the 16F877 are B0 to B7
(also called RB0 to RB7).

There is no pin B8. Please check the schematic again.

Yes these are Portb Pins . I just called the Last Pin B8

it is not connected

I can't handle this anymore. CCS doesn't want to publish their
schematics. You need to email CCS and ask them to make their board work.
