I looked for a humidity sensor ht3223 I did not find in the market, if I used in my circuit the sensor HS1101 humidity, is what I can programmed using the driver ht3223

The HS1101 is the humidity sensitive capacitor used in the HT3223 module.

The HT3223 and HTF3223 appear to be obsolete.

You can't just use the HS1101 as is.

It does seem that the HTF3226LF is a similar module, with possibly different pin out, and additional temperature sensor.

You'll need to look closely at the data sheets to compare specifications.

the HIH-5030 works very well with even 10 bit pics but is exceptionally sweet and well resolved with 12Bit models - all you need is a stable 3.3 or 5 v excitation and it can be direct read.
