Pls help me...
i have good knowledge in c programming even though its tough to program in ccs compiler... Anyone can explain the difference?

CCS PIC C is mostly a subset of K&R first edition C. It predates ANSI C.
Do you have any specific questions or areas of interest? _________________ The search for better is endless. Instead simply find very good and get the job done.

Simple answer. No.
CCS provides perfectly good code with their compiler.
Either use that or the flex_lcd.c available on this forum.
