The input impedance of the instrumentation amplifier was 1M previosly, and feedback resistance 1M, in parallel with 1uF MLC. Output from the opamp was connected to mcu through a 4.7k resistor. Tried adding a 1uF cap at the mcu pin, still no results. So, I changed the input impedance of the amplifier to 100k with feedback 100k. Connected the output of opamp with RC 470k and 1uF. Now getting the correct readings. The voltage at the input pin remains unchanged at 1.4v now and previously. Thank you all.
