Not sure If this helps in identifyng the problem. I directly tried loading it using CCSLoad software and I found this issue

For some reason its always saying my Hex file is corrupt with 16 bytes out of range

As I said:
"Does it behave the same without the debugger?"

I'm currently having to program chips with a Mach-X, and debug separately. The current releases of code for the debugger don't seem to properly support programming!...

Talk to CCS. A couple of other users have also reported problems. Seems to be with certain chip types.
