Hi,

I plan to have a project using RFid technology with PIC18F452 microcontroller. I check the web for RFid reader and I found Series 2000 Micro Reader Module from Texas Instruments, the URL is http://www.ti.com/tiris/default.htm.

Unfortunately, the cost of the reader module is too high at around $64.

Anybody from the community who can provide me alternative on this module and price is not too high.

Any help please.

The link you included in your note does not work. Which of the TI RFId devices are you planning to use?

Sorry... the correct link is http://www.ti.com/tiris/docs/products/readers/readers.shtml

I plan to use the Series 2000 Micro Reader...

Need help on any RFid Reader that are cheap?
