PLL Frequency Synthesizer as PRESCALLER

Can I use only PRESCALLER in
PLL Frequency Synthesizer as adf4106 (Analog Devices) or other?
If Yes what in it is : IN, and what is : OUT, how make it, maybe someone
have project with it.

The adf4106 is a 6GHz !!! PLL Frequency Synthesizer. Are you going to build a PIC based mobile telephone?

Please be more specific in your questions. Tell us WHY you need a prescaler and what frequencies you are thinking about (input and output). Do you need a fixed prescaler or an adjustable one? etc., etc.
The more info you can give us, the better the answers will be.

Ok I don't want to use PLL , I want to use only prescaller to measure
high frequency with PIC. I want devide input signal by 64 and move it
to PIC, that is all. Answer me can I used 24bit register in PLL make it:
input, input/64 as output.

If noboby can't help me with ADF please tell how you devide input frequrency for freq. measure?
