I am not aware of any "translation" document out there. Because this is an embedded processor compiler and not for x86 there are a number of PIC specific lines that have no equivalent to regular C.
*******************************************
Examples:
#fuses HS,LVP,WDT,NOPROTECT, PUT, NOBROWNOUT = set up processor specific features

#use delay(clock=10000000) = tell compiler what speed oscillator you are using

#use_RS232 = setup up RS232 commuincations functions

#use_I2C = setup up I2C commuincations functions

setup_adc(ADC_CLOCK_DIV_32); = setup analog to digital coverters
*************************************
There are comparators, PWM, ports, inputs, outputs, and much, much more, NONE of which are known in the regular C world and therefore there is no translation. You will need to learn much more about PIC processors to understand most of this.
